½ cup green onions, diced
¼ cup butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon seasoned salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 1 (16 ounce) stewed tomatoes, chopped 1 (16 ounce) whole kernel corn, drained 1 teaspoon Créole Seasoning -or- 1¼ teaspoons Italian seasoning 2-4 ounces shredded cheese, cheddar is best Sauté onions in butter. Stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients, except
cheese. Cook on low heat until thickened. Add cheese and heat until melted. Serve hot.
