Hot Crab Dip

Hot Crab Dip
     Makes 2 cups
 
 1 (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
 ½ teaspoon salt
 5 drops hot sauce
 2 tablespoons onions, diced
 2 tablespoons milk
 2 tablespoons bell pepper, finely chopped
 1 (6½ ounces) crabmeat, drained
 2 teaspoons hot horseradish, optional
 Paprika
 
Mix all ingredients, except paprika, together in a 1 quart casserole dish. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let set 5 minutes, then serve with chips, crackers, vegetables or bread.
