1 can [14 ounce] artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 can [9 ounce] spinach, well drained 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise 1 1/4 cups Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated [or combo] 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 1/2 teaspoon Créole seasoning 4 drops of Louisiana hot sauce Mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25
minutes or until heated through. Serve with your favorite chips or cracker.
