How to Make a SafeList

The Spam programs are getting really bad. They are throwing all email from one carrier into Bulk, Junk or Spam slots without giving the email receiver a chance to choose. My emails have been having this problem with several systems, even when they are to just one person. Alot of people just dump their Bulk, Junk or Spam boxes without ever looking at it. This means that my notices are getting omitted. If I have sent a 'winners notice' to one of these boxes, then that person does not know they have won. I need confirmation of them receiving the notice and if I don't get it in 3 days, that person is exchanged with another selected name. By adding me to your SafeList, you pervent yourself from being skipped over in my drawings. Or if you have placed an order, you won't get your confirmation of receipt or delivery and I won't be able to contact you with questions, if needed. So, to prevent any of these problems from happening to you, just follow one of the following instructions to set me up on your SafeList or WhiteList.
 
Please Note:
 
Each email system can be different when making or adding to a "SafeList" or "WhiteList" . You will find below the most common ways to make an Approved or Exceptable Email Filter. My email address you will use is d_boudreaux@lycos.com
 
Go to "OPTIONS" in your email listings. [This is the one step that is the same in ALL email systems]
 
1. Click on "SPAM FILTERS"
    Go to "Sender WhiteList"
    Type in my Email Address
    Then click "Add", then "Save Changes"
 
2. Click on "CONTACTS"
    Go to "SafeList"
    Type in my Email Address
    Then click "Add" or "Save"
 
3. Click on "SPAM SHEILD"
    Go to "Approved Senders"
    Type in my Email Address
    Then click "Approve", then "Save"
 
4. First you must setup a folder for my emails, titled anyway you wish, such as;
    Free Giveaway, Boudreauxs, Gift Baskets, Notices, etc.
 
    Then Click on "SPAM TOOLS"
    Under "Custom Filtering",
    Go to "Define Custom Filters"
    Click the "Enable" box, then
    Type in my Email Address, then
    Select your folder in the drop down window,
    Then click "Save" or "Save Changes"
 
There are others email systems, I'm sure there are alittle different from the ones I have mentioned, but I'm sure with the these, you should be able to figure it out.
